So finally I was able to process some photos from shoot I did in Prague. As an inspiration I used Cliff Mautner’s shot he showed in one video for Kelby Training. Whole shoot was in manual, first part of the shoot I used flash with umbrella and second part was shot using natural light only. This shot is from the second part.

Awesome Morning

A lot of people who are starting out in photography think it is all about skills. All types of shooting requires knowledge to make a great photo. But landscapes are different. Yes, you have to know something about composition and other things but 60% of it is about light. If it won’t happen, go and get yourself a breakfast.

This mortning I woke up at 6 am because I had to travel to Prague to work. And the light was just happening! Well … Light … Fog for most of it outside. But absolutely beautiful scene, hills of Jeseniky mountains covered by fog and just small peaces were peaking out. A real wow scene. So remember, light is the subject and every scene and not even Photoshop can fake it.

And here is the final result.
