Comparing several HDR processing methods

As I wrote in my last post, everybody has a different way and workflow with processing HDR photos. Just to be clear I’m talking about post processing, not tonemapping. Trey Ratcliff’s suits me best.

Here is a short description. You load your tonemapped image into Photoshop also with other images you used for tonemapping as layers. Select all layers, go to Edit>Auto-Allign Layer and let PS make it’s job. Put your tonemapped version on top and mask-out stuff you don’t like in the image. Then just apply some finishing touches and the photo is ready for printing and publishing.

It is quite simple process so keep processing and shooting 🙂
